10.00 - Press conference of the festival organising committee, leaders of the groups, scientists and delegations representatives (the Kharkiv Regional Organizing and Methodic Center of Culture and Arts – KROMCCA – Pushkinskaya str., 62).

10.30 - Presentation of exhibitions of Kharkiv masters of arts and crafts (KROMCCA).

10.45 - Opening of the research-and-practice conference Traditional Culture in the Age of Globalization: Cultural Identification and Information Society (KROMCCA).

11.00 - Plenary meeting of the research-and-practice conference Traditional Culture in the Age of Globalization: Cultural Identification and Information. Workshops of the groups. (KROMCCA).

20.00 – "Circle of friends". Informal socializing of the participants. (KROMCCA).

May 19th, Saturday

10.00 - Folk solo singing contest. (KROMCCA).

11.00 - Continuation of the conference.

15.00 - 20.00 - Departure of the Kharkiv region groups. Performances of the participating groups in the region areas.

20.00 – 23.00 – The Night of Museums. The celebrating program of the International day of museums in the Kharkiv Regional Organizing and Methodic Center of Culture and Art.

May 20th, Sunday

10.15 - Solemn procession of the groups participating in the festival. (KROMCCA – T.G. Shevchenko Garden).

10.30 - 13.00 – Ceremonial closing of the festival. A concert of the contest winners – the soloists and visiting groups (T.G. Shevchenko Garden).

12.00 – 15.00 – Performance of the groups in T.G. Shevchenko Garden alleys. Dances workshop.

17.00 – Sight-seeing tours.

May 21st, Monday

9.00 - Departure of the participants.
