"Two years ago, having found herself in Berlin and having experienced a lot, the artist discovered Neurographics for herself, having completed training on her own and studying the effectiveness of therapy on a personal example. When I was drawing neurographics, I noticed that when the lines are interlaced, flowers are formed, and sometimes even images - in neurographics, you need to stretch the image with color so that the emphasis does not fall on them, but I decided to strengthen the emphasis for myself and see what would come of it. She used a pencil to throw away her inner negativity onto a sheet of watercolor paper, read the image and turn it into a drawing.
He refers to a series of his graphic works as art therapy, since their main task is to get out of one or another stressful state, turning negativity into positivity. The author's method is based on immersion and meditation in the depths of the subconscious, which makes it possible not only to survive certain difficult moments of life, but also to stay on a positive wave.
